Production & Dispatch Times
To ensure the highest quality, select products are fulfilled by specialist suppliers. As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages — there's nothing to worry about, and no additional shipping charges will apply.
All Aprés Padel Society products are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched. This timeframe covers printing, quality checking, and packaging.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days.
These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@aprespadelsociety.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
- As all products are made to order, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once production has begun.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been dispatched.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
